Organizations that Change lives By: NHM

Currently I spent 3 weeks in The Intensive Care Unit at Childrens Hospital at Montifiore with my daughter.
She was diagnosed with Very Severe Restrictive Lung desease due to her scoliosis.
My daughters condition is due to medical malpractice making it very difficult for me to trust anyone in the medical field.

Sitting in a hospital 3 weeks for me is an eternity Because of a resentment Ive found so difficult to let go, but There were some rays of hope, some reasons to smile and I would love to share them with you.
While sitting by my daughter's side feeling helpless out side my room a small lady with a huge smile caught my attention.

She wore a bright orange apron and pushed an adorable cart adorned with flowers and All sorts of treats.
She gave the warmest greeting offering me anything I wanted followed by the words, everything is Free.
Although I declined I felt compelled to ask if people donate to her cause.
Again with a beautiful smile Ms. Sandee Martensen said that she could'nt ask grieving families to donate.
My heart immediately touched could not believe that this woman dedicated herself to making other people and there children happy never daring to ask for support. I began to inquire more details and to my shock this lady services 16 hospitals!
I fell in love with the idea that there are still people that give so much without ever taking back!
Thank you Ms. Sandee for putting a smile on my face and hope in my heart! God bless you!

I ASK THAT EVERYONE THAT READS THIS BLOG PLEASE GO TO http://www.thepinwheelproject.org/  or type in keyword The Pinwheel Project and even if its one dollar please help support this beautiful gesture of kindness and the Founder/Executive Director Ms. Sandee Candy as she is called!
I LOVE YOU ALL AND PRAY THAT TOGETHER WE CAN MOVE TOWARDS CHANGE!
