WHAT HAVE WE DONE TO OUR HOME?
Global Warming
BY: NHM AKA NADYNEZWORLD

Global warming refers to the rising average temperature of earth's atmosphere and oceans and it's projected continuation. In that definition no explanation is given as to how we've reached this level of destruction and disregard. (Definition Taken from Wikipedia)

In the last 100 years we've seen a huge growth in corporate takeover. Natural habitats are no longer respected and are run over and over crowded by sky risers and tourist attraction. The beauty that once was simple is now appealing to those capable to own a piece of God's creation and whose monetary capability can distort its radiance with profit. A natural beauty can not be recreated. There is no make up that can enhance the mesmorizing visualizing of beauty in its natural state.

The animals we've grown up loving are nearly extinct, the sea is nearly emptied of sea life, Coral reefs have been assassinated by humanity. Natural disasters have been instigated by our lack of understanding and respect for our home's sensitive state. Oblivion is our biggest enemy, it's capable of destroying us as a whole straight into extinction along with the wild life we were supposed to protect!

I always ask myself what can I do to change my own oblivion. I filled my home with flourescent lighting, I recycle, I stopped buying water bottles, I refuse to visit any sea world or zoo that captures what was meant to be free. I would never swim with a dolphin not because there not amazing but because your beloved sea world fails to tell it's paying audience that they intoxicate and overdose such beautiful creatures to entertain the masses. Dolphins are the smartest of all sea life and have commited suicide. The capturing of one perfect dolphin is the death of 20 or more. Polar bears have resorted to canabalism which is unheard of. They have no choice but to hunt eachother. The greed of human consumption has robbed them of there beloved Salmon. Our disregard for the enviroment is stealing the ice they need under there feet and crucial to there survival. In the entire earth if im not mistaken there is less than 2000 of each species, lions, tigers, bears, monkeys, gorilla's, frogs, and many other animals.

I'm not sure how much this means to you as a reader but imagine if you will, if the saying holds true that everything exist for a reason, why then have we become the kind of people who invalidate the worth of one life simply for entertainment, or monetary prestige. Were in the month of December 2011 and yet the weather has failed to catch up!. Are we so zombified by our leaders that we've forgotten how to take the lead when neccesary? Have we all become the nuts and bolts in a machine we can't control? Are we conscious of the reality before us, evident yet were blinded to it's obvious imagery?

Whether you believe in God or not, any life form deserves our respect! Just as poachers have snubbed out our wildlife for monetary gain, so to are the youth in our communities. Young men and woman killing eachother for hood prestige, material gain and who if not a higher can restore our balance?

It's time to be held accountable where we fall short, to rise above the ashes of our negligence and clean up the mess we've made. If you hand out the responsibility to the leaders who mislead you already you will be buried with your loved ones from the consequences the world has yet to hand out.
To make a difference you must begin a path to knowledge followed by change. One person can make a huge impact, imagine what we could do if we all stood for change!
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE RICH AND YOUR NEVER TO POOR TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD YOU WERE GIFTED!
