Some will tell you that building your own empire begins with money for some that works but if you think back to many who used Just money to build most times you'd find that they lost more in that process. It takes a lot more than financial backing to build something to it's full potential! Basing everything on money is the first step to failing. To build an empire one must first figure out there niche, find a target market, gain competitive marketing advantage, have one hell of a business plan that incorporates a plan A B C and an exit plan, have the hunger to pursue intently and the last but very important key component is having an amazing team behind and beside you! 

NO FRIEND ZONE

When it comes to business most think there come up should include the people they are cool with, the thing with that idea is that most people are pretentious, their your friends when all is well and money is abundant but no where to be found when the waves come crashing in. Everybody is down for the turn ups but when food is scarce ask yourself, who lifted the fork from there plate to feed you? Sometimes we believe that those who grow up riding with us are the most loyal but on the contrary, those who know us the most have the greatest ability to disguise themselves best! 

When building an empire it's crucial to associate with like minds. Those partying on your dime likely don't have the ambition to succeed in there own lives, if they did turning up with you would not be an option, and looking fresh because there with you is the first blinking red light! 

Building an empire takes will power, keen eyesight, clear perspective and is time consuming. Your team and your associates are a reflection of you, so its safe to say that if those in your circle and team don't have there own goals, ambitions and career like it or not there just moochers! Let us not get started on family, blood relation does not mean entitlement PERIOD. If you didn't help me build I don't need your help eating! I take this part very serious because I know how scavengers can take until there is nothing left! So first rule is: CHOOSE YOUR TEAM WISELY. Sometimes a total stranger is more trust worthy then a life long associate! Sometimes strangers turn out to be your greatest ally and your greatest blessing! Sometimes a stranger is the only one lifting there fork to feed you! 

BUSINESS PLAN

A business without a well thought out plan is destined for failure. You can believe in your dream to full capacity but you must have several ideas to make it work. A business plan is a perfect physical execution of your dream, allow me to explain. Organization is non negotiable it needs to be at the forefront and the back end. Every idea, every goal every set back should be already thought of and have a methodical solution. A blind business person is the worst person to be. Plan for the worst so celebrations for the best outcome are even greater! Find your niche write it down, find your target market and own it, ensure competitive marketing advantage but know your competition better than they know themselves!! Plan A,B and C are set up for the longevity of your structure, nothing will fail if you've already planned for it! An exit strategy is set in place not for the assumed failure more so to preserve your loss! Never invest everything, never bet against yourself, and never ever go in without a plan! The plan is everything but second to the team!

HUNGER VS THIRST

In a successful team you need variety, each team member must have there own meal to bring to the table, if everybody is eating the same thing or off the same plate you can expect every ones palette to become bored and lose the taste for the craving! Hunger makes wolves out of people, they becoming intelligent, well calculated and well balanced in comparison thirsty people tend to be that annoying pebble in your shoe or that person that never gets off your damn sofa! A thirsty person will imitate you, pretend there balling and stacking chips, at first you never notice because your so happy to share but after they wear your clothes without permission that's when you get it! I speak metaphorically but I'm sure you understand. Hungry people never stop until there fed that's what makes them the perfect associates. People that think outside the box and bring positive feed back and ideas are the ones your more likely to learn from. YES MEN AND WOMAN ARE USELESS! Were never so beyond reproach that we don't need perspective from others. Arrogance is the devil! Whoever says they don't need anybody just lied!

GETTING REAL 

Be wise be hungry be observant be smart!

In my opinion all my successes stem from my integrity, my loyalty, my honesty and my inability to be anything less than real. NEVER TAKE ANYONE OR ANYTHING FOR GRANTED! If you asked 100 people right now about me I can guarantee what you will hear most is not about my net worth but about my hearts worth! You will hear hundreds of testimonials about the good I've done because being good is not optional either! No matter what you do in life, becoming bad will never be beneficial. Even those who fail you, misuse you, betray you, even they deserve forgiveness because their consequence is more painful then your disappointment! Nothing is worse than living with self inflicted regret, It's like knowing you held the biggest treasure map right in your hands placed in your pocket, jumped in the ocean and now are forced to watch the ink OOZE onto your hands now becoming just a messy piece of paper! 

I'm sure most thought I'd speak of money and how too, but sometimes as a writer its important to start from the basics, the fundamentals of humanity because how can you truly build an empire without the capacity to see whats most relevant in life first! Who you choose to have around you is a clear depiction of who you are. Most people chase artificial and superficial things, they want to be flashy so they waste money on impressing a world of greedy unworthy people, they look for the woman or man who gets every bodies attention thing with that is what is there motive, I don't care how good you look I want to know why your here, most likely your job is getting it by any means necessary and I don't need a trophy that's been on many mantels, I want someone genuine in my corner. Someone who values me most when I am without a dollar! The worlds view on beauty is fake body parts enhanced faces, lipo suction and lots of injections, me I'm more of a let's just be real type! I want my empire to be not just mines but the product of great minds who share my ambition and share in my successes by attaining there own. My empire will never be mines alone because engineering the beast of a legacy with my name on it will also be cosigned by the team mates I truly call family! The key to me is the heart of the empire, if the heart is sick the organs will fail so too with the empire! Make wise choices have a clean heart then and only then do you deserve the splendor of achieving the highest of accolades! I am thankful for those with me today! WE RIDE TILL THE WHEELS FALLS OFF! #4LIFE
